Hi, I’m Shridhar Jaiswal. I’m currently working in a leadership role focused on launching and optimizing phygital retail experiences across the GCC, blending eCommerce operations with in-store tech innovation.
As a kid, I was fascinated by historical artifacts and world history. Reading history felt like diving into an epic story—with real-life plots, timelines, and turning points. What intrigued me most was that, unlike fiction, it actually happened. That early curiosity led me to appreciate different cultures, and living in a cosmopolitan city like Dubai allows me to experience that diversity every day.
I enjoy using Trello for its simplicity and clarity—it’s great for visualizing work at a glance. I’m particularly interested in exploring more visualization tools to better communicate complex project updates, timelines, and stakeholder journeys. Tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or ClickUp’s whiteboards are next on my learning list.
I started my career as a solution architect in fintech, and naturally transitioned into project and product roles because I enjoyed connecting the dots—people, tech, and outcomes. What keeps me in it is the thrill of seeing a complex plan come together and make a measurable impact, whether it's a product launch or a process overhaul.
What's your proudest accomplishment (personal or professional)?
Professionally, launching a new bank from scratch—including its Core Banking System—remains a major milestone. Personally, navigating international relocation with a young family while switching industries was a huge growth moment. It taught me resilience, planning, and adaptability—skills I now bring to every project.

Hello PMI Community!
I'm excited to join this vibrant group of professionals and look forward to learning, sharing, and growing together.
My name is MD FAHAD AL HASAN, and I currently serve as a Project Quality Assurance & Control Inspector at APAG CoSyst in Windsor, Ontario. I bring over 9 years of project management and engineering experience, having successfully delivered 17+ local and international EPC and supply projects.
Growing up, I aspired to become an engineer, captivated by the idea of building complex systems that power the world. Project management became the natural extension of that passion - where strategy, leadership, and execution converge.
I'm well-versed in Microsoft Project, Primavera, MS Planner, AutoCAD, and Excel-based estimations, with growing interest in exploring Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA and Trello to further enhance collaboration and flexibility. I’d also love to delve deeper into AI-powered project forecasting and risk management solutions!
The opportunity to drive change and deliver impactful solutions is what initially drew me in. What’s kept me here is the thrill of navigating complex challenges, leading high-performing teams, and seeing tangible results through structured execution. Being at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and strategy is a fulfilling space.
Professionally, leading 16 cross-functional teams across international turnkey projects funded by global institutions like the World Bank, ADB, and JICA is a proud milestone.
On a personal level, earning the PMP® certification while managing full-time roles and global projects was a rewarding challenge that sharpened both my discipline and resilience.
Looking forward to connecting with fellow PMs—whether you're in tech, construction, energy, or consulting. Let’s exchange insights, stories, and support!
Welcome to to the online community, MD FAHAD AL HASAN! Thanks for sharing this information, you're definitely in the right place! Saving Changes...

Hi everyone! 👋
My name is Sam Eze, Jr., and I’m currently a Project Management Consultant, Trainer, and Founder of Rejeses PM Consulting, where I mentor aspiring and current project managers and deliver corporate training programs. I also recently partnered with a university to establish a Center for International Certifications focused on project management and business education.
When I was growing up, I actually wanted to be a pilot—the idea of soaring through the skies was fascinating. Funny how I ended up managing projects instead of flights!
Some of my favorite project management tools are Oracle Primavera P6, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello. I’m also exploring AI-enhanced tools and automation to improve project tracking and reporting. Always keen to learn what’s new and effective.
What drew me into project management over 18 years ago was my love for bringing structure to chaos. I enjoy seeing ideas transform into tangible results. What’s kept me in the field is the impactful nature of the work—watching teams grow, businesses transform, and goals get achieved never gets old.
One of my proudest accomplishments was launching Rejeses PM Consulting and watching it grow from a personal passion into a platform that’s helping professionals build real project management careers. It’s been both humbling and rewarding.
Looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing insights from the journey so far. Let’s connect!

Hi everyone, I'm Bavishyaa. I'm really excited to be a part of the PMI community. I work as an Executive at the State Bank of India’s Global Operations Centre, primarily focusing on project management and delivery.
I’ve spent more than 7 years in both corporate banking and IT, and that combination has really shaped how I manage projects today. It's been a journey of learning by doing—and now, with AI coming into the picture, I’m finding even more ways to grow.
Lately, I’ve been trying to understand how project delivery ties into actual business value. KPIs like ROI, cost variance are the motivators to pursue PMP. I’m still learning, and I’m really looking forward to exploring more through PMI’s resources and connecting with others here.
