Daniela Zuppichin Director de Proyectos, Agile Trainer| SiPro360 Project Consulting Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina

Hello community,

Let me introduce myself, I'm Daniela Zuppichin, currently holding the position of Project Director at a project management consulting firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Although my professional path led me to project management, my original passion lay in the performing arts; I dreamed of becoming an actress when I was a child.

As I grew up, I also discovered my affinity for political science and graduated in that discipline. However, my connection with the world of projects was always present, perhaps influenced by my father, who was a Chief Building Master and Construction Manager.

Although I initially pursued acting, I soon realized that it wouldn't sustain me financially, so I devoted myself to developing project management as a vocation. Here, I could apply the acting techniques I had trained in, albeit in a different manner, blending tools, techniques, and concepts learned (there's nothing quite like a Scrum session resembling a theater rehearsal!).

Throughout my professional journey, I've accumulated over a decade of experience in projects, with a diversified focus ranging from large-scale mining to oil refinery projects. I've had the privilege of leading multinational teams in long-term hybrid projects, where I apply different approaches according to the project's lifecycle and specific stage needs. This experience has allowed me to develop solid skills in managing complex projects, adapting to various contexts and challenges.

Additionally, I have over a decade of experience working in multinational corporations, where I've had the opportunity to learn and grow in a global and highly dynamic environment. This experience has provided me with invaluable insights into large-scale project management and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in achieving organizational goals.

One of my greatest achievements, both personally and professionally, has been the ability to lead multinational teams in demanding and challenging environments. I thrive on the challenge of working in diverse cultures and contexts, firmly believing in the value of diversity and collaboration in achieving common goals.

Moreover, I have a particular passion for Lean philosophy and continuous improvement, applying principles of efficiency and waste elimination in every project I undertake. I believe in the importance of maintaining a customer-centric approach and delivering exceptional results at every stage of the process.

I am constantly seeking new project management tools and technologies to enhance my practice and stay updated in a field that is constantly evolving. I am always open to learning and collaborating with colleagues and industry peers to continue growing and improving together.

I hope to have the opportunity to share experiences and knowledge with all of you in this community. Thank you for giving me the chance to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey and passion for project management!

Greetings from the end of the world!
DZ.-

Chris Yeager Systems Analyst - Public Safety| City of Murfreesboro
Hello Everyone,

My name is Chris Yeager and I serve as a Systems Analyst for Public Safety at the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

While it may sound odd, the main thing I wanted to be when I grew up was a father. I served in several different careers with diverse skill sets and demands, but they were all shaped by how they helped or hindered my ability to be a good father.

During my time as a planning analyst with a major agricultural company, I was charged with finding a project/task management tool to implement for our department. Asana was the tool we used and it provided excellent returns. Solid interface, superior functionality, and excellent interfaces with systems and software. OneNote is also an useful tool for knowledge management and project documentation. Visio is definitely a tool I would like to know better as I will be developing process flows and decision trees for business processes to evaluate where efficiencies and better alignment can be achieved.

Project management was a part of my work by circumstance for several years until I was able to promote to an analyst position. Change management, process improvement, developing training for process implementation, and overall project management were my favorite responsibilities in that role. It is fun to find ways to make the processes more efficient, effective, and productive while working with a team. I love to solve puzzles.

Regarding accomplishments, on a personal level, I have been married for 27 years and have two beautiful daughters. Professionally I was able to work full time as an analyst in social services during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and complete my master’s degree in organizational leadership concurrently.

I am looking forward to connecting, collaborating, and commiserating with this community.
