Good Morning!
My name is Rob Gilliatt and I am an IT Project Manager
My first "what I want to be when I grow up" was in middle school, I wanted to be an Olympic Marathon runner and a Chef. Well I can cook, and have run a marathon! My kids are a testament that my cooking will keep you alive and well! :)
I've always has a passion and been driven to help others, and be part of teams, and lead teams to victory. This has led me into many different expressions in my community and professional life.
I was doing Project Management light work through most of my career, and starting 10 years ago I was drawn to be a leader to help others be champions in their fields of expertise and this is where I saw Project Management being key to walking that vision out.
Now I am a full time project manager and love every thing about the PM life.
My biggest accomplishment is my Bride and I have been married 33 years; starting as high school sweethearts and now having children grown and 3 grandbabies. I am a bi-vocational Pastor. I Pastor in Palmer Alaska and love my 30 plus years of working in the tech industry and the heart and soul industry.

Greetings Everyone. I’m Shaikh. My background is in Civil Engineering, and I have over 26 years of experience in construction and project management, leading Construction and Real Estate Development Projects. Over the period of my career, I worked with reputable organizations and clients both nationally and internationally, and have been deployed on high-profile projects across the Arab Gulf Region, and currently UAE
I am working as a full-time Director of Projects & Facilities Management with a Client firm corporate office.
Hello everyone, my name is Nuru Lame, and I am honoured to join this dynamic PMI community. I hold a master’s degree in petroleum and environmental technology, with a foundational background in chemical engineering. Currently, I serve as a project manager in the oil and gas sector, specializing in upstream activities.
The allure of science and engineering has captivated me since childhood. This, combined with my strong affinity for mathematics, inevitably drew me to study chemical engineering. Although my initial career aspirations did not include project management, my experience as a materials officer exposed me to close collaboration with project teams, inspiring my transition into project management.
Many things have made project management appealing to me. I like to learn new things, and the dynamic nature of project management, with its stimulating and challenging roles, has been a motivation for me.
My favorite project management tool is Primavera P6, due to its ability to handle large-scale and complex projects. I am eager to deepen my skills in AI and machine learning applications for project and environmental management.
It is difficult to pick one proudest moment, as every accomplishment, achievement, or milestone reached is special in its own way. Still, I'd rank obtaining PMP certification among the top achievements in my career so far.
I look forward to connecting with and learning from fellow project managers as we continue to advance our profession.
I’m Ngozichukwuka Nwankwo, an Executive Virtual Assistant and Administrative personnel who helps C-suite executives and busy professionals stay organized, productive, and focused on their business goals.
I am a Masters of Project Management student at the University of Guelph. I’m currently exploring the project management world and yes, I’m open to mentee, intern, and volunteer roles to learn, grow, and get my hands dirty (in a professional way, of course).
Growing up, I wanted to be an engineer or at least someone who builds or delivers services that make life easier for people. I guess I found my own version of that dream through virtual assistance and administrative management.
When it comes to tools, I’m curious about everything.
I would love to learn Azure Devops, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, and Monday.com and really understand how each one can make teamwork more seamless.
What pulled me into this field? I love structure: turning chaos into order, and helping people move from overwhelmed to on top of it. What’s kept me here is that satisfying moment when everything clicks and the team breathes a collective sigh of relief.
My proudest moment? Aside my relationship with God and family, is helping clients and teams, streamline their work (tasks), reclaim time and focus. Seeing their relief and joy made me realize I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Excited to be here and can’t wait to connect with other PM enthusiasts.

Hello everyone!
I’m Alisson Queiroz, a civil and production engineer and project manager passionate about transforming challenging ideas into real and sustainable results.
My journey began in the aeronautical field, where I learned the value of precision, discipline, and safety. Later, I realized how these principles were aligned with the PMBOK and how project management became part of my mindset.
In civil engineering, I have worked on large scale and record breaking projects such as urban mega ziplines and panoramic glass structures, while developing engineering teams and implementing PMOs focused on delivering value.
The PMI has been a key reference in my career, shaping how I lead with purpose and clarity. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Production Engineering, preparing for the PMP certification, and always eager to learn from this global community.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading good books, spending time outdoors, and exploring new destinations.
Warm regards,
Alisson Queiroz

Hi team,
I'm Matthew, a Project management professional based in London, and I'm thrilled to join this community! I'm passionate about turning complex challenges into successful outcomes and have spent the last three years doing just that across various sectors. I'm methodology-agnostic but methodology-aware, with a solid foundation in PRINCE2® 7 and Six Sigma, and I enjoy tailoring approaches like Agile/Scrum to fit the project's unique needs.
My key strengths lie in stakeholder management, untangling tricky project dependencies, and using data to inform decisions. I'm a firm believer that the right tools (like Jira or MS Project) and clear communication are the backbones of any successful project.
I'm here to learn from your experiences, share my own lessons learned (both successes and failures!), and be an active member of this collaborative space. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
Cheers,
Matthew
