Hi, I am part of a small engineering business delivering a portfolio of technical projects mainly in an industrial utilities setting. This is a general shout out to get some insight into what PM software applications everyone tends to use or would recommend for a small - medium sized business. Should include the standard PM delivery methodology in the PMBOK and should certainly include cost management/forecasting/reporting as a main criteria. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

How many projects would be tracked at one time - that will be a key determinant to how low vs high tech a solution might make sense?

If you have many projects and limited resources then Spider Project is the best option.
