At PMI's Global Summit, our team debuted a new tool - PMI's AI Project Manager Assistant.

You - the community here on ProjectManagement.com - are getting a first look and early access.

What it is:
Project Infinity is a sophisticated large language model residing on a dedicated OpenAI instance and utilizing the advanced GPT architecture.

Currently in its pilot phase, this tool has been designed to deliver accurate and trustworthy solutions to users' project management related inquiries and to suggest solutions for project-related challenges. The tool offers a conversational interface, curating relevant information from PMI’s vast content library.

Try it!

Laura, I did try the tool before and I like it. Its a good starting point - I have tried it for essay based questions but not for calculations based ones - The answers were pretty good.

Laura -

I'd echo Rami's feedback - it does provide reasonable qualitative answers and is able to connect concepts together in a logical manner. I tested it more on theory and concepts rather than practical scenarios.

Waseema -

I'd suggest starting with PMI's (free) Generative AI Overview for Project Managers online course and then try to get some practice using the tools discussed in that course.

Congrats Laura on this great project!

Within the Mexico Chapter I am already sharing the tool so they can try it. In the Spanish language it is giving the desired results. We will keep watching.

Is it possible to integrate this AI Project Management Assistant with a chat bot that we are developing?

Hello Laura,

Does PMI intend to enable PMI AI Assistant for the corporate environment? If yes, then how does the pricing work?

I used PMI AI Assistant. It gives a nice first draft to customize information according to the project. One thing specifically I like is that it provides source and related topic links. I did a simple test for content, associated links, and sources as well, and it looks fine.

AI is not going away, and it will be a norm moving forward. So, AI enabled tools are the way to go.

Hello Nadia, Thanks for your question. We will be looking at an enterprise product in the near future. The pricing strategy is yet to be determined. I would encourage you to join our co-build with PMI program, as we build out the next version of the product and be close to the product team. Cheers!

Dear Laura
I used it and liked the result

I am convinced that, if we all use it, it can contribute to making the tool better every day.

Hello Aaron, please share with the chapter members however it is convenient for you. However, please keep in mind the product is still in the MVP(pilot) phase and it is not fully launched. We are working hard behind the scenes to continuously improve the product.
