Hi Claudia, thank you. As a mater of fact, I did a post last week on my LinkedIn as to how we can utilize AI in the construction industry because AI can add lots of value if properly utilized on Construction Projects. Some of those benefits include:

As far as specific checklist, no... I believe that the great thing about conducting PMP work is just as you refine data sets to assist in problems. So, you should refine your work process and organizational specific documentation. I do believe in standardization as this helps keep processes lean and assist in avoiding scope creep when applying new techniques and technologies. In reading the comments I think that having a format that is scalable seems like a valid approach that will allow modularity to the task at hand but also aid in avoiding paralysis by analysis. I train my model with specific templates and forms. I feed GPT information about my project, estimates, scope, business case, stakeholders, etc. The output saves me a lot of time doing the administrative work.
I train the model on specific status report templates.
I also train the model to help create user stories to help me break down the scope of the project into smaller, more manageable tasks. Saving Changes...
