Are you utilizing any specific checklists or protocols within your projects or company to assess your readiness for working with Generative AI data? I'm curious to know what strategies or tools you've implemented to prepare for integrating Gen AI into your workflows. Please share your approaches in the comments below! Saving Changes...
In my organization, we have implemented RPA-related workflows that are hybrid in nature (human in the loop). This has not only freed us from the activities that do not require human intervention but also given us control over these automated systems. Saving Changes...

We'll very soon have to use GenAI to get faster and more reliable information when dealing with CPI and SPI. Everything is currently done manually, which is very time-consuming. Any AI-powered reporting tools that are worth investigating? Saving Changes...

We do not have any specific AI checklists for implementation of AI within or organization. I believe we will be developing them as we build our AI power users. Saving Changes...

Hi Claudia,
I do not have a specific checklist to share. However, your question is an eye opener. I currently support a partner in their journey to implement AI enabled chatbot and an Interactive Voice Response solution. This project has taught us there is a need to conduct technical capacity assessment of the internal developers who are expected to carryout deployment of the AI enabled solutions before embarking on the project. On top of this lesson your question has demystified a second need which is a checklist for assessing availability and sources of sufficient data for successful AI solution implementation. I’m currently learning AI in project management and exploring the different ways it can support project work. At this stage, I’m not using a formal checklist yet, but I’m building my understanding of how important data is in generative AI systems. For example, as a project manager, AI could help summarize meeting notes, identify risks from project documents, draft status updates, and analyze lessons learned—but only if the data behind it is accurate, secure, relevant, and well governed. I’m excited to keep learning now so I can apply these practices thoughtfully in a future role I’m preparing for. Saving Changes...
I am just starting to learn about AI and currently don't use any specific checklists or protocols for working with Gen AI data, but I plan to explore these as I dive deeper into the space. It would be goof to also understand the (hidden) environmental costs of using AI how you can reduce your AI carbon footprint. Saving Changes...

We provide Engineering services to our customers and GenAI readiness depends on many factors depending on the customer organisations strategy, readiness, thrive and investment. Based on my understanding, Data privacy and security plays a key role, followed by quality, compliance and governance. Implementing RBAC is equally essential at times depending on the type of org, audience, data sensitivity etc.. SME intervention to review and validate is another important factor to ensure correctness of response. Saving Changes...
