Great points here for a AI/ML project readiness assessment very similar to what I have complied from training and research.
Thanks Ogechukwu, nice insights.
The same as with Markus, could you share any case from this list of items? Any experience that you have encountered? it would illustrate a lot and help us. Than you so much!

Use the pilot project to identify challenges and refine the integration strategy.
Choose Appropriate AI Models:

Select AI models that align with project goals.
Consider factors such as machine learning algorithms, deep learning, or natural language processing based on project requirements.
Ethical Considerations:

Establish ethical guidelines for AI use.
Address biases and fairness concerns in AI algorithms.
Monitoring and Evaluation:

I am also interested in real cases of AI implementation in the construction industry. There are too many expectations and ideas, but I am afraid of very few applications on a routine basis yet.

Thank you, Markus, are you implementing any of these items when integrating AI into your clients?
Dear Claudia,

sure, of course, it depends on the specific customer and the specific project situation, but we always customize and streamline the checklists and the needed Steps/deliverables.

But most of the checkpoints are needed for most of the projects.

BR,

Markus

Hola Claudia. We are the barrier, I mean people in the field have been terrified about AI, so the main transformation barrier to make fit, is about how we as humans understand AI, is AI a tool to improve our way of life or not?

For many organisations, the cost of acquiring in-house GPTs or LLMs to guarantee confidentiality of proprietary information will remain a huge factor when considering adopting AI to help with organisational development.
