These checklist are very helpful to ponder for my organization. The first and most important step we took here (I’m in IT) was to partner with our Legal, HR and Finance team to establish an organizational policy on the use of AI. Then shared this policy with all staff to acknowledge they consumed the content. We develop a significant amount of published content and it needs to remain ours.

Consultant and Engineering sectors use data to design probabilistic models like schedule/cost but not large data in my experience

Not started as of yet but would be great to do so....but it would be interesting to see if anyone has done that. From Organization perspective it is yet to be started as we have not still adopted Gen AI completely.

Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
I think we could start by including guidelines on the data structure to be managed by each organizational process.

Great question from Claudia. I am interested in this topic from how to integrate information, analyze it and show the results, in this way we work on the continuous improvement of work flows and visualizing the gaps with priorities. I am attentive to the comments of colleagues

Dear Claudia, I would like to make a call for all the professionals currently working in the freight forwarding industry to ask which tools and strategies are being implemented in their organizations to integrate Gen AI in their internal work processes. I would like to ask them if they work for a SMEs or a global corporation.

The University is just beginning to delve into this area and define parameters for GenAI use and protocols on campus.

Love can sweep you off your feet and carry you along in a way you've never known before. But the ride always ends, and you end up feeling lonely and bitter. Wait. It's not love I'm describing. I'm thinking of a monorail.
