Dear Claudia,

We have not yet implemented any process using any AI tool for project management right now.
But we are using many automation tools like, Microsoft list, Automation, Power BI... etc.

Right now, we are learning about prompt engineering as in one of our product have require Generative AI as tool for generate relevant descriptions.

Once we will do this integration successfully, we will try to use this for project management as well.

We are currently not utilising AI models but the following process would be followed
Identify business need
Evaluate different options
Develop most feasible option
pilot it

Working with Generative AI data requires careful preparation. Here are some potential strategies and considerations when working with Generative AI data:

Data Quality: Train the model on unbiased, high-quality data to avoid generating biased or misleading outputs.
Security: Protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized access to the model or its training data.
Safety: Develop safeguards to prevent the model from generating harmful content and ensure it can explain its reasoning.
Monitoring: Track the model's performance and identify any issues that might arise over time.
Transparency: Communicate openly about the model's capabilities, limitations, and the data used to train it.

By following these strategies, you can leverage the power of Generative AI responsibly and effectively.

Hi Claudia,
My primary aim is to learn the basics of how to leverage GenAI to routine project activities and release time to go to the next level of project assistance.
At the first step I intend to work on weekly reports, meeting notes and progress dashboard.

Hello Claudia and everyone. I appreciate the constructive comments from colleagues in this forum and congratulate PMI for its initiative to launch these courses and Infinity.
To answer the initial question, we have not yet implemented protocols or checklists. And yes, it is certainly necessary to standardize and align the teams for the implementation of the AI Gen. Considering that this is moving so fast, I visualize that it is imperative to implement as a first step the education in the companies, not just wait for each professional to get interested on their own, if ever. Not many are yet aware of this new revolution. Each company and each team can define how or what specific topics are applicable to their industry, but there must be education from the most fundamental to the most advanced as the need arises. Of course there should be an understanding of how IA Gen works, so that everyone is clear that every output of IA should be reviewed, these courses should also address ethics, information security, and various other topics discussed by colleagues above. The uses for IA are infinite, the ceiling is imagination and education. Thank you so much, greetings to everyone.

Hello Claudia, For implementing genAI in my workflows at work, I have used the following approach:
1. Define the problem statement
2. Check that the users are able to understand and articulate the problem statement
3. Research on the tools that can be used.
Once you have answers for the above three steps then all that needs to be done is to gather all the information categorize it.
research on tools available in themarket and start from there Createa pros cons list.
