broadly i can say AI ,take final decision based on past history in form of data as a specific trend and their result . But impossible to develope critical thinking in any project through AI Saving Changes...

Em nosso projeto, há dois anos estamos utilizando os dados dos Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI) dos membros da equipe como parte integrante de nossa preparação para lidar com dados de IA Generativa. Estamos auxiliando os líderes a desenvolver e propor PDIs personalizados para cada membro da equipe. Esses planos são fundamentalmente incorporados aos planos de carreira individuais e são essenciais em nossas avaliações 360°. Isso nos ajuda a focar em áreas críticas e relevantes para o desenvolvimento profissional, proporcionando um resumo detalhado e destacando pontos chave.
Para os líderes que gerenciam mais de 10 subordinados, implementar essa abordagem resultou em uma economia de tempo significativa, reduzindo mais de 25% do tempo dedicado a essas atividades. Além disso, observamos uma melhoria substancial na cultura de desenvolvimento e feedback, promovendo um ambiente mais colaborativo e focado no crescimento contínuo.
We are still working on the idea of implementing and deploying AI in our organization, hence attending this course. I think some of the protocols, tools, and strategies I will take to ensure proper implementation and readiness from our side will- as a start- ensure that the project is in alignment with my org. strategic and business objectives; This way, I can guarantee my leadership buy-in and support.
Then, as mentioned in the course, I need to check on data readiness in terms of quality, privacy, integrity, availability, etc.
All this won't, of course, become a reality if my infrastructure isn't ready to host all this. So I need to work with my tech team to avail the needed infra resources, understand the APIs and frameworks...etc. needed for Gen AI. This is one perspective. on another, we will need to understand the model to use and evaluate. evaluate metrics, consider the data bias and fairness, ethical considerations...etc.
Training and setting org. personnel skills is another important strategy we need to tackle and consider. This way, people will find it more appealing to use and support it.
Of course, this will need project management tools, data management tools, and monitoring tools to ensure the right implementation and deployment of it. Saving Changes...
