Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
We are working with customised templates that hopefully will be easy to integrate into GenAI. The verdict is till out there Saving Changes...

For a simple starting point, we can begin with these three areas:
Risk Management
Project Planning and Scheduling
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Risk Management
Prediction: GenAI can analyze historical project data to predict potential risks and their impact, leveraging machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and anomalies.
Mitigation: It can suggest risk mitigation strategies based on similar past projects, reducing the likelihood of risk occurrence by up to 30%.
Monitoring: GenAI continuously monitors ongoing projects for new risks and alerts the team in real-time, ensuring prompt action and minimizing damage.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Optimization: GenAI can create optimized project schedules by analyzing project parameters and constraints, reducing project duration by up to 25%.
Resource Allocation: It allocates resources efficiently, ensuring that tasks are assigned to the right team members based on their strengths and availability.
Real-Time Adjustments: GenAI can adjust schedules dynamically based on project progress and changes, minimizing delays and ensuring timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Sentiment Analysis: GenAI can analyze communication patterns to gauge stakeholder sentiment and engagement levels, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
Personalized Communication: It can tailor communication to individual stakeholders based on their preferences and engagement history, increasing stakeholder satisfaction by up to 40%.
Automated Updates: GenAI-driven virtual assistants can provide stakeholders with regular, personalized updates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
By implementing GenAI in these areas, organizations can significantly improve project efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. Saving Changes...

We're still at the flop around the floor and can't sit up stage of our organizational change towards GenAI driven workflows. Preparations currently underway include getting all of our new technical and project data into the digital domain and saved on our cloud-based server. Concurrently we are updating forms and templates to capture data points that would be of use now, and could be of use in the future. Lastly, we're trialing discrete workflows that could benefit from GenAI use and documenting results whether good or poor. Spolier- they're mostly beneficial. Exciting times really and glad to be part of it! Saving Changes...
1. Assess: Use Cases: Identify areas for GenAI application. Data: Ensure sufficient data for model training. Infrastructure: Verify technical readiness. Skills: Assess team expertise in GenAI.
2. Strategize: Objectives: Define clear goals for GenAI use. Tools: Select appropriate GenAI solutions. (Google Bard and ChatGPT) Implementation Plan: Create a roadmap. Governance: Establish ethical guidelines.
3. Pilot & Iterate: Start Small: Begin with a pilot project. Feedback: Gather insights and improve. Optimize: Continuously monitor and adjust.
4. Scale & Integrate: Expand: Gradually increase GenAI usage. Integration: Connect with existing systems. Training: Provide resources for team upskilling.
5. Monitor & Measure: KPIs: Track progress and impact. Communicate: Share successes with stakeholders. Adapt: Stay current with GenAI advancements.
