I work in a policing environment. We are not in a position to begin to integrate AI into any of our project activities. Are there any groups actively seeking to embed AI into common policing tools and techniques? Are there any commercial project management suites that use AI effectively to reduce the administrative overhead for project management?

Unfortunately, my company has not started a proper process to register cleaned-up data for Generative AI. However, we have started using Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot on a daily basis to understand how they work and how we can make good use of them in our work.

Hi,

Same situation like with many others.

Just starting a project as an interim PM, and thus not yet able to tell, how AI could be utilized. I will consider all sufficient tools when we start, AI included.

Even though my knowledge with Gen AI is just theoretical, I think this can be used to create Project documentation, Status Reports, Trending Charts . Mostly preparing these are time consuming for team members.

The integration of AI in my work center is in its infancy stage, used mostly for aiding in the generation for annual performance review statements. However, with what I've learned so far, creating a checklist of how my subordinates can better utilize AI in the generation of reports and other program memorandums is something i'm looking forward to doing.

I hope if dogs ever take over the world, and they choose a king, they don't just go by size, because I bet there are some Chihuahuas with some good ideas.
