Hi Claudia,

I work for an IT Consulting Company and according to our leadership they are inclined towards using AI to streamline complex processes and interaction between internal tools to reduce turnaround time on projects. Our CTO and team are working on it, hope for the best. Personally, I just started some basic certifications to develop understanding.

Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
Tres heureux de voir ce que les collegues appliquent dans le cadre de leur travail comme chef de projets

I see my best current uses when there is a lot of information to gather and use in decision-making, such as evaluating a new business opportunity and looking at lessons learned.

Thanks for all, fascinating topic and great insights.
Before sharing an internal protocol or methodology, you need to ensure that it is not sensitive, private to your organization.

Hello everyone, I'm Sandra from Spain and I've used the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Maturity Tool (the AI Maturity Assessment by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology) for assessing a company in the solar energy sector. Taking into account that it is a free-of-charge self-assessment web tool, the results are a good first step in considering the adoption of AI-based solutions for the first time. It includes a six dimensions assessment: Strategy and Management, Products and Services, Competence and Cooperation, Processes, Data and Technology. So it's a quite complete initial overview. I leave the link in case you are interested in more information:

I have integrated GenAI into my workflows by helping map out the tasks and timelines. I gather information from my own knowledge of what the outcome should be from my perspective. I also use company data to ensure the tasks are specific to the industry. Then I use AI to help me refine the tasks lists and timelines. Once I am happy with the output and have checked it for quality, I then share with the project team.

Hi Claudia,
While Generative AI hasn't been formally implemented in my organization yet, I’ve been proactively incorporating it into my personal workflow for various administrative tasks and research support. I don’t currently use any official checklists or protocols, but I do follow a few informal strategies to ensure I’m using Gen AI responsibly and effectively.

I make sure I’m clear on what I’m using Gen AI for—whether it’s drafting documents, summarizing research, or generating ideas—so that it stays within appropriate use cases.

I avoid inputting any confidential or identifiable data and focus on general tasks that don't compromise security or privacy.

Everything I generate is reviewed and edited by me before being used. I treat Gen AI as a brainstorming or drafting tool, not a final output generator.

I regularly explore updates, best practices, and ethical considerations around AI so I can be ready when our organization moves toward formal adoption.

I’d love to hear how others are navigating this—especially if you’re further along in your organization’s Gen AI readiness journey!
Thanks!
