At our organization, we’ve been taking a structured and mindful approach to prepare for working with Generative AI (Gen AI) data. We understand that successful integration isn’t just about technology, it’s also about governance, security, and strategic alignment. Here are a few key protocols and strategies we've implemented:

1. Gen AI Readiness Checklist
2. Security & Risk Assessment Framework
3. Use Case Evaluation Grid
4. Cross-Functional Gen AI Task Force
5. Pilot Programs with Feedback Loops

Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
As a Project Manager in Fintech industry, we've started rolling out a Generative AI Readiness checklist, such as Data Quality Assessment, Security and Compliance Review etc. However we are still early in the journey, but formalising a checklist has helped us align across product, engineering and risk teams.

Dear All,
As starting IA integration in my company as a transformation project, I will have to structure and clarify the framework around using this new tool.
I'm also sure that it will encourage us to be more structured in the documentation we produce in order to sustain the quality of the information we inject in the future IA tool (to avoid misuderstanding by the model).
Kind regards,
Stéphane

Hi Cluadia,
It is really a nice question. We are figuring out to apply GenAI for our project in every stage eventually. For now, we think the requirements management for project is the first stage where we need to collect different sets of data for different projects which can be standardised and customised. This piece of task could not rely on human (wide variance) and often lead to incomplete requirements and affect the rest of the stage such as scope and resource management. With GenAI, we hope it can help to standardise the requirements based on industry, nature and complexity of the project etc. Hope we can do it soon....

In my current project, the organization is using copilot. It is used as a collaboration tool.

Governance and education would be among the early steps of integrating GenAI - helping users to understand the structure/technical operation of GenAI and creating guidelines and protocol for use in the organization.
