Good afternoon! Any thoughts on increasing the adoption of ChatGPT in an Enterprise environment? We have an ongoin pilot involving 60+ users and will grow to 100 users by year end. Our participation rates run at bout 50% for the online training program we provided, participant survey we conducted and chat messages. Thanks!

Implementing these checklists and protocols provides a structured framework for evaluating and preparing for GenAI integration. It is essential to approach this process methodically, ensuring that infrastructure, data, skills, and regulatory compliance are addressed comprehensively. In addition, it is important to conduct regular reviews and updates of these protocols, as GenAI technology and applications continue to advance and evolve.

Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
Our department has not assessed readiness for GenAI either. We are now testing and moving to production Digital Workers for our implementation tasks.

We are working to develop objective standards for "high quality" data, by leveraging existing, pre-curated and sanitized datasets as models. Effectively, we know what we want the results to look like, and can use existing datasets to compare against the LLM result.

Thank you for your insightful question. Given the nature of our work as consultants, we have not yet commenced preparations in this specific area. However, we are highly interested in understanding the approaches and strategies being adopted by other professionals & organizations, and would welcome the opportunity to learn from their experiences.

I agree because the lesson learned gives you a big picture can utilize it in the present project and avoid any surprises or make the same mistakes
