I have used Smartsheet, ChatGPT and recently PMI Infinity which has been very helpful to me in developing project documentation and learning the best practices in project management.

I am using UPDF which is supported by an AI section that lets you summarize a pdf, ask questions about its content also to my native language. I am also using perplexity as report assistant, I write the report and then I ask perplexity to enhance its form and elegance. In some cases I need to write a report with a limited numbers of chars and I am asking Perplexity or CharGPT to rephrase the writing considering the chars limitation (they are not always sharp with it, but somehow I am able to reach the goal)

Microsoft has incorporated an AI tool called designer into Power Point Application and this has simplified a lot of the image, graphic and infographic content creation. The user can simply type in a brief description of the slide content and this generates suggested graphics that represents the slide content

Hello Claudia,

I've been experimenting with Perplexity in my AI data, but I can't fully recommend it yet since my experiments are incomplete. However, so far, I like it.

As for charting and visualization tools, if you're building a webpage (internally or externally), I recommend using eCharts and DataWrapper. They're both free and easily accessible at the following links:

https://www.datawrapper.de/charts
https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/index.html

If you prefer connecting your data to a data analytics solution, the best advanced-solution is Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). It's free to use and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn how to use it seamlessly.
As a beginner user of AI, I have not yet got up the level of understanding to grabble with matters presented.

Not all of these are free and not all I've used extensively but I consider these some of the most useful ones I have checked out:

https://axiom.ai - no code browser automation.

https://infogram.com - quick builder for presentations, infographics, reports, etc.

https://notegpt.io - summarizer for all kinds of content including Yutube, Udemy, Coursera for quicker learning.

https://tryshift.com - browser that allows to unify several different applications in one shell to boost productivity.
Thank you for sharing!
