Just stepping into the GenAI world and I can see how producing meeting notes, action items, status reports and management documents can be generated by GenAI. However, with one client in mind who moves quickly, without a particular level of documentation, I can see how initially the level of effort to start accumulating the required data could be a project in and of itself. ChatGPT and Otter.ai are both tools I use on a consistent basis to improve my work product. I use ChatGPT to store and recall information, while combining information retrieved from Otter.ai. Otter.ai is a recording tool that provides AI to better collect insights, task, and follow-up items during meetings.
