Just stepping into the GenAI world and I can see how producing meeting notes, action items, status reports and management documents can be generated by GenAI. However, with one client in mind who moves quickly, without a particular level of documentation, I can see how initially the level of effort to start accumulating the required data could be a project in and of itself.

I have used chatGPT Plus frequently to ask and get feedback about my document template or even an email reply.
I have used ChatGPT and it has been very helpful with a multitude of things. Have also used Google's AI assistant personally and their CCAI for our business.

ChatGPT and Otter.ai are both tools I use on a consistent basis to improve my work product. I use ChatGPT to store and recall information, while combining information retrieved from Otter.ai. Otter.ai is a recording tool that provides AI to better collect insights, task, and follow-up items during meetings. By combining both of these for project execution, I am able to cut my planning time down significantly.

My teams have been using N8N to automate workflows of analyzing jira tickets and generate outputs in either spreadsheet or google doc formats.
