I had been using chatgpt for better wordings of emails for a while and it worked well for me. I started using copilot for some time now and I see atleast a reduction of 60% time in drafting minutes of meetings and 70% effort reduction in taking notes during calls. Copilot still has to evolve, it has issues capturing numbers correctly.

Just a basic, simple tool. I am not sure what would be needed for our projects at this time.

I've been using various AI assistants lately to help me with my work. I use Google's AI assistant, ChatPDF for opening data files, and Bing chat (which is Microsoft's chat assistant). So far, I've found Bing chat to work well when I give it the right prompts.

In fact, I'm excited to say that next week I'll be building an app in our Azure AI Studio specifically for ppm. It'll be great to have all the templates searchable in an intelligent way.

For confidential documents: I've utilized the pre-trained models h2oGPT and LLaMA 7B on my computer. My conclusion is that they still demand significant computer resources and are better suited for installation on a server. You can find more information here: link to h2oGPT GitHub repository.

As for summaries of non-confidential documents: the free version of ChatPDF proves to be quite effective.

When using Bing Copilot with a work account, there is protection for the information. However, with a private Microsoft account, there isn't the same level of protection. Personally, I find that Bing Copilot isn't as effective as the free version of ChatGPT. It often requires more tuning and prompting to achieve the desired results.

One useful tool for generating Project plan in an MS-Project format : Project Plan 365 Assistant Browser Extension : https://www.projectplan365.com/articles/pr...wser-extension/
You ask Chat GPT to generate a Project plan and this plug in will automatically create the associated file
Hello Chris,

Could you please explain further?

For working with Generative AI data, indispensable tools include TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development, along with NVIDIA's CUDA for GPU acceleration. To manage data cleaning, tools like Pandas and NumPy are essential for preprocessing, while libraries such as Scikit-learn aid in feature engineering. For purchasing synthetic data, platforms like Synthesized and AI.Reverie offer valuable resources. Deploying and fine-tuning AI models often involve using cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud AI. For data visualization, I prefer Matplotlib and Seaborn for their versatility and customization options, enabling clear representation and interpretation of complex data patterns.

Problem with this is that to effectively incorporate genAI in our PM processes we need the endorsment of our organizations and we need to be extra careful on using free resources because we should not be using any sensitive or confidential information using these tools.

I like to use PMI Infinity to ask general questions or obtaining suggestions based on general information provided and not anything specific.
