Our organization is still maturing relative to AI adoption. With that in mind, this is more about using vendor-provided tools (e.g., MS Copilot) for individual productivity. I have begun experimenting with producing documents from existing data (e.g., emails, other documents) with specific visual elements (e.g,. charts). From an individual project perspective, this has helped with delivering some artifacts more efficiently and this will only improve with time as I experiment with different kinds of data.

I am new to AI so I have only used chat GPT and Microsoft Co-pilot. I have ways to go :)

Using POE on daily basis. At work, I frequently use it to enhancement write-up for project management work like strategy summary, solution deployment, process improvement, risk mitigation across different project phases.

Really valuable insights on Gen AI! For those of us in creative project management (communications, marketing, brand), here's my quick take on indispensable tools:

Enhancing Capabilities: Strong foundation models (OpenAI and Google) are key, along with prompt engineering platforms for precise creative outputs.

Data Management: Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Excel for data management.

Data Representation: Zoho CRM and HubSpot for interactive dashboards.

These tools help us boost creativity and streamline workflows in the creative space. What are your top 1-2 tools?

Hi I don't use any at the moment. That said, I am interested in learning from the experienced PMs here on the best Gen AI tools to use.

Personally, I have played with multiple tools but in terms of the organization I work for, there are some ongoing use cases which were built in house solutions.
