I've been using ChatGPT, Copilot, PMI Infinnity, NotebookLM and right now I'm learning to use Tableu to create PMO dashboard. There are plenty of examples on Tableau public and has its own Tableau Accelerator to help you desing dashboards based on your specific KPIs and other data.

I regularly use ChatGPT and Copy.ai every day to support my work, and after earning my PMP certification, I’ve also started using PMI Infinity for professional assistance

I manage a team of Academic Coaches who work directly with clients one to one and we survey these participants. We ask for a general score regarding their thoughts on the coaching session as well as a net promoter score that encompasses all touchpoints a client has with the company beyond just coaching. We also give an option for written responses. We will start to use AI to pull keywords from these responses to find themes.

I do not use Gen AI however, as a project manager wanting to work with Generative AI data, I think it is important to know that PM rely on a variety of tools and resources to streamline workflow. Here are some of the indispensable ones I got to know from speaking with colleagues & friends:

Data Cleaning Tools: I got to know that OpenRefine, Trifacta, or pandas are good to clean and preprocess data. These tools has helped handle missing values, outliers and data inconsistencies.

Synthetic Data Generation Tools: I have heard my friends use tools like Synthetic Data Vault, Mostly AI, or Gretel to generate synthetic data. These tools enable them to create realistic and diverse data that can augment my existing datasets.

- Interactive Visualization Tools: I have used interactive visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI to create interactive and dynamic visualizations. My experience using these were wonderful.

- Project Management Tools: I have heard a lot about Odoo and Trello. I am looking forward to use these. However, I do use some collaborative tools such as google workspace and I have previously used Slack & Microsoft Teams to work seamlessly with my team and stakeholders.

I would like to know what tools others are using as well.

I usually work with:

Prompt engineering frameworks
Data preparation & validation tools
Training materials or communities

I am just starting to learn about the AI and how to use it effectively in Project management. It would be the best if anyone can share how to apply to your daily work and advance in project management.
