As already pointed out in this course, data governance is a crucial part. A problem in this area could be gaining information from both internal and external sources in one prompt. In order to avoid passing internal confidential information, a generative AI must be chosen which allows the filtering of internal and external information by means of keeping internal information internal - from a technological, but also from a contractual perspective by means on can be licensed in such way.

Many models have evolved significantly since this question was initially posed. I find that GenAI has been instrumental in analyzing compliance data as well as identifying trends at an infinitely greater pace allowing us to determine causation vs. correlation.

I mainly use ChatGPT or Copilot just to obtain information about different topics in project management, which I then need to review and correct. When I need charts, I prefer bar or pie charts. I haven’t yet worked with purchasing synthetic data.
