Thank you for sharing, Sergio. Yes indeed, the final touch is human, and understanding how data behaves is a must. What is your level of trust with public data? does your organization have any procedures in place to buy this kind of data? is it synthetic by the way? I agree with you. A decades ago the Engineers made the calculations with a Rler and a calculator, after. When the calculations software appeared, many Engineers belived the wright output. Many wrong structural design was made because the «human» decision didn´t analyse carefuly the results. It was a very sad period to the Engineering because it was so easy to calculate comparing with the past.

On personal level, it has increasing efficiency and improving quality of documentation. It is great tool while conducting research online since it can provide summaries or point out more accurate subset of information.
At Organization level, it has been extremely efficient. Generative AI is used for wring DIR to perform user acceptance testing and producing outcomes which are easy to understand for stakeholders at all levels.

Rightly said Shashank,
At Personal Level: I've Increased Efficiency and Improved Documentation Quality
Generative AI tools like ChatGPT have significantly enhanced individual productivity by automating repetitive tasks and improving documentation. For instance, when drafting a report or technical document, the AI can suggest well-structured sentences, format content for clarity, or even generate first drafts. This saves time and ensures consistency in writing style. While conducting online research, instead of sifting through numerous articles, the AI can quickly summarize complex topics or extract key insights, allowing for more focused and informed decision-making. For example, if researching trends in renewable energy, the AI could provide a concise summary of innovations in solar technology, pointing to relevant studies or data sources.
At Organizational Level: Enhanced Efficiency in Processes and Communication
At the organizational level, Generative AI has proven invaluable in streamlining workflows and enhancing stakeholder communication. For instance, when writing Project Planning document for software development projects, the AI can assist in drafting precise, jargon-free descriptions of functionality and issues, ensuring clarity for all teams involved. Additionally, during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), AI can analyze user feedback, identify patterns in errors, and produce reports summarizing outcomes in a way that’s accessible to technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
Hence, this ensures efficiency in both identifying problems and communicating solutions, saving time and reducing errors in both personal and professional life.

Right there with you, Ming - I'm still very much in learning mode and our business group has just begun rolling out internal AI tools for use (albeit quite cautiously). I perceive a fair bit of uncertainty to embrace something so transformative.
I've used it a lot and I'm always on the lookout for new developments in the world of A.I. I'm currently working on an IT service governance project and generative has helped me a lot to develop policies that are more appropriate to the context, analyse large volumes of data and generate valuable insights. It's important for us as project managers to realise that there are a multitude of tools to support different sectors. As an example, I can cite Artificial Intelligence tools that enter meetings and automatically compile all the minutes with a full transcript (in minutes). This is a huge step forward, and if we take advantage of it, we'll reach the highest levels of efficiency.

So... I am commenting as part of requirements in this second PMI Course on AI = Data Landscape of GenAI for Project Managers. Now, I projectize most of my professional and church work (in aviation safety management systems, governance and law and missions). However I am obliged to state that I don't practise formal project management for client nor employer. Furthermore my decision to embrace and harness the power of Gen AI came upon me most unexpectedly, and pretty recently too.
All that to say that I have used Generative AI in my projects, to good success in my endeavours - designing procedures, writing proposals, creating social media posts. I found that the quality of data in the Gen AI I used (not my data nor provided by me - in other words a commercial Gen AI) led to less than desirable outcomes. Understandable and I did review thoroughly since I recognized the shortcoming. I intend to propose partnership with the same commercial provider so that I can introduce my data into its Gen AI and have a Bot to address my professional issues. I acknowledge the value of relevant Data

Level of trust on the results when we use public data with AI? There are simple statistics algorithms to evaluate level of confidence. On the other side, "buy" public data is not needed. It is all avaiiable outside there because unfortunatelly people are confortable by living "the matrix". For example, if you make a search posts in this website are public and available and AI entities can be used to predict things using them or to learn from them just using this website like a hugh knowledge base.
