I've been using GenAI to help with brainstorming, developing articles and communication templates, and do some project management excel worksheet building. I've been able to produce documents much faster and increase my efficiency.
Hi Kyle, I was able to use the PMI AI solution to train junior staff for their preparation of the PMP exam. generating multi-choice questions and answers to simulate exams. This saved money and time. We are no more paying subscriptions to websites charging simulation exams tests

I have been using AI tools for quickly summarizing articles or videos, or as an additional resource when brainstorming or seeking to improve communication (emails, presentations, etc.). I am really interested in learning more about the field of prompt engineering in order to improve outputs.

Claudia, I have mostly used ChatGPT/Gen AI for content generation, finding details about some important topics and generating templates for managing projects. Challenges faced sometimes are regarding the veracity of the output generated. Many times, some of the details provided related to specific steps to be performed to attain an output are not really true. So, the prompt engineering plays and important part and how the Gen AI model has been trained.

It helped me pass PMP, with the PMP exam simulator ;)

I would also recommend Perplexity, which can help you research topics.

I've been using GenAI, mainly Chat GPT, to furnish my writing and brainstorm ideas of programme names. The translation function works well for me too!

I've used it a lot and I'm always on the lookout for new developments in the world of A.I. I'm currently working on an IT service governance project and generative has helped me a lot to develop policies that are more appropriate to the context, analyse large volumes of data and generate valuable insights. It's important for us as project managers to realise that there are a multitude of tools to support different sectors. As an example, I can cite Artificial Intelligence tools that enter meetings and automatically compile all the minutes with a full transcript (in minutes). This is a huge step forward, and if we take advantage of it, we'll reach the highest levels of efficiency.
Hello, Which AI tool for compiling minutes of meetings and sharing with stakeholders? please share more details

I've use Other.AI successfully.

Some of my team members are singing the praises of MS Co-Pilot as well.

I have ben using Fireflies.ai and like it. Have not tried Copilot yet, but looking forward to seeing the level of integration with the rest of the Microsoft tools....should theoretically make things easier and simpler....

Hi Claudia,

One of my surprising successes using ChatGPT4 was in (1) coding qualitative unstructured data, (2) developing themes, and (3) the thematic analysis for the same. The capability really enhanced my project.

Through patience and many iterations, I had to customize the prompts to get the final quality outputs. Ultimately, as with other tools, to be useful GenAI requires the "human-in-the-loop".

We have been testing a Process Re-Engineering tool powered by AI and are impressed with its ability to accelerate the review process, define gaps, and highlight improvements.
It saved about 80% of the time to review and finalize a process.
