GenAI has been a lifesaver! It helps me write clear and engaging emails to colleagues in other departments, and it's also great for sparking new ideas and exploring project knowledge. It's definitely improved my productivity and freed up time for more important things.

Transcribing meeting notes and generating insights and sentiment analysis was an early win. Subsequent policies and guidelines prevented me from continuing to do that, but I'm advocating for similar functionality in whatever AI solutions are chosen for our internal usage.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share an interesting experience I had with Generative AI that really opened my eyes to its potential. After struggling to tailor my resume for different job applications, I decided to leverage AI's power to create unique resumes for each job description. Over time, this led to a considerable collection of distinctive resumes, each finely tuned to specific roles.

Seeing the value in what I had accumulated, I took it a step further. I compiled all these resumes into a single file and set out to build my own version of a PMI Infinity type ChatGPT. The result was nothing short of amazing. Now, whenever I need to apply for a new position, I simply input the job description into my AI system, and it crafts a perfectly tailored resume for me, ensuring it's ATS compliant and matches the job requirements exactly.

This journey into data analytics and Generative AI has been filled with learning and unexpected successes. It's been a game-changer in how I approach job applications, significantly reducing the time and effort required on my part while increasing my success rate.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing. One of the challenges I faced was ensuring the AI understood the nuances of different job descriptions and could accurately reflect relevant experiences from my vast resume collection. It took some tweaking and learning on my part, but the benefits have been immense, not just in terms of efficiency but also in the quality of applications I'm now able to submit.

I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had similar experiences or found innovative uses for Generative AI in their professional or personal projects!

Quite interesting Harmeet. That's a great leap from the 'normal'. Thanks for sharing

On personal level, it has increasing efficiency and improving quality of documentation. It is great tool while conducting research online since it can provide summaries or point out more accurate subset of information.

At Organization level, it has been extremely efficient. Generative AI is used for wring DIR to perform user acceptance testing and producing outcomes which are easy to understand for stakeholders at all levels.

Whats kind of tools have you use to user acceptance testing and producing outcomes? Could you tell me a little more?

My interactions with IA is using COPILOT of Microsoft, I searched some free courses of Scrum, Agile and Jira to improve my projects. The answers of COPILOT are regular, altough is pretty fast. The interaction is better than other Chats beacuse is faster, the answer and more polite and I understand the model is trying to learn of the interactions and improves the chat with the person who consulted. At this point the AI is in a begin phase, maybe in the future helps a lot with the correct implementation in life and projects.

TOP3 🔥of mine:

[1] A lot of time was saved... this was my first success achieved already a few weeks after starting the engagement.
[2] Improved communication - observing how models were upgrading my initial texts taught me a lot about how some statements can be received by others and how to make them share my thoughts more effectively.
[3] Improved workshops I conduct - multiple cases improved and variations / potential situation analysis improved participants satisfaction.

I needed a software tool to extract the contents from a file type called parquet. I could find no freely available tools, so I asked ChatGPT to write a python program to extract the contents from a particular row and column and to save the contents to another file. I haven't programmed in quite a few years, so this would have taken me quite a few hours to do by hand, but I was able to get workable python code in 15 minutes thanks to ChatGPT.
