I hadn't heard about PMI Infinity before I took the GenAI e-learning recently. However, our team did use Microsoft Copilot to brainstorm an Integrated Logistics Plan for a project and came up with a good outline of recommendations. I believe that PMI Infinity will do a better job since the platform is more specifically designed for program management. It's important for us as project managers to realise that there are a multitude of tools to support different sectors. As an example, I can cite Artificial Intelligence tools that enter meetings and automatically compile all the minutes with a full transcript (in minutes).
