Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Generative AI tools, such as GPT models, across several projects. The goal has been to enhance creativity, automate workflows, and improve customer engagement. These efforts have yielded some significant successes.

From our organization point of view, we haven't implemented Gen AI yet but we are very much exploring the option of implementing Gen AI to have better Project management. Areas we would like to improve would be better tracking of cost and resource utilization along with lessons learned.

Currently I work as a scrum master. I always have to prepare workshop formats, sometimes also for several days.
Chat GPT helps me to generate a good initial agenda based on the framework conditions and goals I set.

I am in the process of collecting and collating meeting minutes to see where we have duplication, overruns, and too broad an audience. I intend to run this through a GPT model to help identify some of the key elements and recommend how we can consolidate meetings, or spread them across participants. The minutes are GPT generated from meeting transcripts, so this should be fun!
