Hola Claudia, Generative AI has been a true game-changer for me not only in how I approach project management but also in how I explore beyond the obvious. It has allowed me to focus on the aspects of management that truly add value, while making me more agile in handling those routine tasks that often consume our time and energy.
Having specialized assistants or agents at my disposal has helped me overcome areas where, as a professional, I recognized my limitations. After all, no one is great at everything, right? This support has been essential in boosting my productivity and day-to-day quality. That said, I know there's still a long way to go, because with Generative AI, you can’t "do it all." That's why I'm focused on creating a framework that makes sense—something that integrates AI with the practical realities and specific demands of project management.
