Yes, we've had great successes with Generative AI, especially in automating content generation and streamlining decision-making. One unexpected benefit was how quickly it transformed unstructured data into useful insights.

A key challenge was ensuring data quality, as inconsistencies sometimes led to biased results. We tackled this with rigorous validation and prompt fine-tuning.

Overall, GenAI has boosted efficiency and creativity, helping us explore solutions much faster.

At my organization we have a small group of AI contacts that are using resources for medical record data and biostatistics, and there is a lot of growth and opportunity at the organizational level-but still many concerns over risk and privacy. For my work, I am using CHAT-GPT open AI and now MS Co-Pilot to take minutes and develop action items.

We have not yet begun to utilize this within projects; however, we are considering and researching.

I have been experimenting with a number of Gen AI tool. My area of expertise is not in corporate IT, but rather in digital marketing and marketing operations. Gen AI is an enormous time saver when brainstorming, market research, sentiment analysis, drafts of copy/content, and even getting into visual asset creation. The latter isn't ready for role out and integrating with production workflows, but it's getting there. At this point Gen AI to create visuals is more valuable in creating concept outputs en mass. A logo that used to take a designer a few days to come up with round 1 concepts can now be done in minutes.

There is still much learning to do, but it's clear that Gen AI has a role in marketing operations and creative/campaign project management.

The project I was working on was to create an overarching governance for software asset management for my company's parent company that my company and sister company's could then leverage to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) from. Already having a format for the governance structure, Gen AI helped me to quickly brainstorm ideas for flow of the subtopics. I then shared these ideas with the team and which further supercharged our team brainstorming. Once the team settled on subtopics an flow, GenAI was able to write clear consise content based on our input. GenAI was a huge time saver.

Our proficiency level is still beginner. Therefore, I've only used the generative AI tool to summarize documents and translate reference materials from Japanese into other languages.

I've been using GenAI to help with brainstorming, developing articles and communication templates, and do some project management excel worksheet building. I've been able to produce documents much faster and increase my efficiency.
That is along the line i have been using AI; am a fairly new user and can already see the many benefits of using these tools
