I have been experimenting with a number of Gen AI tool. My area of expertise is not in corporate IT, but rather in digital marketing and marketing operations. Gen AI is an enormous time saver when brainstorming, market research, sentiment analysis, drafts of copy/content, and even getting into visual asset creation. The latter isn't ready for role out and integrating with production workflows, but it's getting there. At this point Gen AI to create visuals is more valuable in creating concept outputs en mass. A logo that used to take a designer a few days to come up with round 1 concepts can now be done in minutes.
There is still much learning to do, but it's clear that Gen AI has a role in marketing operations and creative/campaign project management. Saving Changes...

The project I was working on was to create an overarching governance for software asset management for my company's parent company that my company and sister company's could then leverage to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) from.
