Hi Claudia, thanks for posing a question to the community! It will be interesting to learn about the different projects that leverages Generative AI thus far. My firm had not used Generative AI to support/enhance portfolio management, program directorship, or project delivery. Yet I am eager to learn from fellow practitioners on initial successes and/or lessons learnt, where applicable, in AI deployment to date.
Right there with you, Ming - I'm still very much in learning mode and our business group has just begun rolling out internal AI tools for use (albeit quite cautiously). I perceive a fair bit of uncertainty to embrace something so transformative. Saving Changes...
I see tremendous improvement in the English communication between employees particularly from non-English speaking because of generating AI used in their emails. Lots of time-saving in consolidating the minutes of the meeting as it accurately does the job now. Saving Changes...

I have been using AI tools to translate my articles and correct them. I feel they are a good platform to check my documents. Sometimes, I use for researching the references. Saving Changes...

Hi Claudia,
Thanks for posing a question which has much Pro's and Con's presently. Yeah Gen AI is giving information which is a start up or warmup for the huge data. Many struck at the initial phase ie where to start. Usually Gen AI is giving the stepping stone to start with for any document. I prefer utilizing it for the initial draft and however human touch is required to finalize and close it. Saving Changes...

Yes, when analyzing large amounts of qualitative data, I find GenAI tool helpful in providing accurate and efficient data. When reviewing requirment documentation, GenAI tools are able to pull the relevant information out of the "sometimes" convoluted information. This is extremely important when evaluating regulatory information.
One challenge is ensuring you are asking the right questions to refine the outputs from the system you are using. The system is only as smart as the questions being asked. Therefore, I find it extremely important to continuously review the outputs and provide the system with feedback include when to save specific output formats. Saving Changes...

I have been utilising LLMs mostly and it is great at building frameworks, by creating order in your thinking. When certain concepts are quite complex, LLMs can explain the concept in simple terms. It is also a powerful tool when needing to write a report in a language you are not proficient in. Using GenAI or LLMs has saved me time, which I then utilise to engage with stakeholders and manage expectations. Saving Changes...
