It throws me additional insights. Suggests document templates. Helps in refining the content. I understand a lot more can be done and am learning!

Hi Claudia, Generative AI data capturing is a first for me but definitely not the last as it builds an appetite for me to do more research and absorb as much information as possible befor I start experimenting with Chat GPT. The company I work for has not introducted this software into the IT space but is striving toward digital transformation. I am optimistic about the adoption of Chat GPT into our ICT department. Thank you

Me too Ming, I am learning a lot in this and other AI-related threads: how companies are buying synthetic data, how they are using it for user acceptance testing, on a personal basis... I am sure that if you want to implement any of these experiences in your company our community will be eager to help you. Please share your experience if you enter the Gen AI.
It is new to me for my types of projects. I look forward to actually applying it.

I haven't use the AI yet but i am confident that it will help tremendously to manage big that especially the past lesson learnt as to find the relevant stuff from the old learning is also a big challenge & lots of time taking. we can extract the relevant useful data from the lesson learn repository by simply entry some key word like project or process attribute.

I started use chap gpt like an experiment around severals months ago, at the beginning I didn't know how to prompt in the right way, but after I made some adapts I could get much value to this tool. In instance, for one business model I could get some tech tools that I needed and discovered a couples of risks I didnt know it.

Challenges remain the same from long time ago (Gen AI is outside there from long time ago): AI entities have a grade of confidence associated to them that must be published with the results. So, the final decision still remains in human being hands. The same for the outcomes: helps me to search patterns in a hugh amount of data to create the information I need adding that today I can find data public and outside my organization.
i totally agree with you

I have been successful using it to get started on scope statements when words elude me.

Rewriting an article on a serious topic using the AI and presenting it with a different persona, framing it as a lighthearted story, proved to be an eye-opener regarding the immense power of this technology.

As a student, Gen AI has been of great help! As a masters student, it has heped me quite a few times understand the complex data structures, coding and many other things. It has been like a teacher explaining me why are we doing what we are doing.
One of such experience was when I was trying to learn coding in data science. ChatGPT guided me at every step, diving into the complexities of 100s lines of code and breaking it down for me. Furthermore, it also taught me how can i improve my model. I cannot think of any better way to learn data science. I am also thankful it cleared my concepts and now I can come up with solutions while working on a project.
