On an organizational level, we are yet to walk this path, but being that AI is really a big part of future project management technics, I believe it will be incorporated.
On a personal level, I am appreciating and learning more about AI through coiurses, such as this one, articles, threads etc.
I use ChatGPT often, but not majorly for project management activities yet.

I recently used AI to conduct a behavioral analysis of the team during the execution of a climate resilience project, cross-referencing information about each member's role within the project and their behavioral profile with text that presents good leadership practices in projects, with the aim of generating insights for improving team management and future projects. Apart from using M365 Copilot and our internal GenAI tool, I don't have experience in using other GenAI tools yet.
