Not yet but I look forward to integrating GenAI into my work in the future.

Yes, in one of our emerging business verticals, which did not yet have an ERP system in place, we leveraged Generative AI to rapidly create a consolidated information baseline from scattered data sources.

By structuring and validating this data, we were able to map the cash flow of ongoing projects for the first time. This not only improved financial visibility but also allowed us to make faster, data-driven decisions and prioritize resource allocation more effectively.

While we faced challenges in ensuring data consistency and accuracy, the benefit was clear: GenAI acted as a bridge between disparate information sources and actionable project insights, something that would have taken much longer without it.

Generative AI has proven invaluable in my projects by leveraging vast datasets from its training data to real-time online resources to deliver well-researched, evidence-backed insights and practical examples that significantly enhance the quality of my research or analysis. It has drastically reduced both time and cost, enabling faster decision-making. However, the effectiveness hinges heavily on the quality of the prompt—'garbage in, garbage out.' A skilled human in the loop remains essential to refine outputs, minimize errors, and ensure accuracy.

I've been using GenAI to help with brainstorming, developing articles and communication templates, and do some project management excel worksheet building. I've been able to produce documents much faster and increase my efficiency.
I used chat GPT to put a framework for a pilot project together and I use it to compare quotes from vendors. I am going to use it for bigger projects after finishing this course.

Collecting and analyzing data, giving it an extra POV to enhance quality and keeping it convincing, etc.
I guess I rely on chatGPT everywhere but not just blindly.

Recently, I've had a closing report at a steering committee. Having the slide deck checked by an alternative POV -by chatGPT-, I was able to brush up the contents and data, which ended up in winning ourselves more credit and the opportunity of a successive project.
I have not yet used GenAI for Project Management. Currently through this course trying to understand the potential for the same.

Generative AI Help the process of analyzing the historical data with very much faster speed and that helps us to take faster decisions.

Challenges remain the same from long time ago (Gen AI is outside there from long time ago): AI entities have a grade of confidence associated to them that must be published with the results. So, the final decision still remains in human being hands. The same for the outcomes: helps me to search patterns in a hugh amount of data to create the information I need adding that today I can find data public and outside my organization.
Thanks, Sergio, for sharing. I'm seeing substantial improvements in my GenAI applications

I managed a comprehensive grant application project for a cleaning company using GenAI throughout the entire process - and we were selected as one of only 100 winners from over 10,000 applications.
AI transformed our grant application from weeks-long process into a streamlined effort. I expected basic writing help, but it became a strategic partner throughout the entire project - from research and financial modeling to pitch video scripts. The quality and speed exceeded expectations significantly.
I Used AI to analyze our cleaning company's financial statements, identify key trends, and create realistic forecasts based on historical data. Most importantly, it helped translate raw operational data into compelling narratives that resonated with grant reviewers - turning numbers into a winning growth story.
The main challenge was knowing when to rely on GenAI versus when human oversight was critical. Financial projections required careful validation, and I had to develop systems for fact-checking and crafting detailed prompts for professional-grade outputs.
Beyond time savings, GenAI elevated our submission quality to award-winning standards. It maintained consistency across documents, caught errors, and brought polish that would have required external consultants. It freed me to focus on strategy and relationships - the human elements that made our application successful.
This convinced me that GenAI's greatest value is not replacing human judgment but amplifying our capabilities while we focus on higher-level strategic thinking.

We have our own Generative AI tool.... we are in the infancy stage; at this point we are trying to find ways to benefit from it; as a lead of Continuous Improvement, I started using it as a training tool... teaching team members how to perform root cause analysis and getting acquainted with AI overall.
