I am part of a RFP process for new software. Part of the RFP is scoring bidder submissions. I used GenAI to look at the questions we asked of bidders in the RFP document and create for me a scoring rubrik for the scoring team. I used a tool we just approved call GovAI. Hi, I'm still a novice to AI but I've been using ChatGPT since a year now and apart from all the challenges related to data privacy, the limitations that ChatGPT has in it's non-enterprise version, I've had some good experiences and success in my projects as well as in other areas like Academia. No doubt that AI has tremendously improved the Turn Around Time for many of things like creating documents, getting industry expert's opinion and views on a specific topic and it has saved alot of time in redundant and much of the manual work that we as a project manager had to do like documentation, resource identification, project interest based stakeholder identification, initial project budgeting etc. allowing us to focus on other areas like strategic planning and client collaboration.
