None yet. However, I plan to start the process of project management artefact data collection within my PMO for the purposes of GenAI.

When paired with the right data and guardrails, GenAI changed how people think, communicate, and decide, not just how fast they work.

Gen AI has significant role in our day to day lives in the project management, such as creating procedures for the project, templates for different type of documentation, analysis of the documents which improves the efficiency and saves the time.

Let´s not forget that it seams RAG and making data anonymous can seam opposite POVs in the surphase, so it´s important to include company data cientists in the discussion

Actually, I thought the most challenging situation that we are facing, is the concept of BYOAI, with everybody else bringing his own AI, it´s difficult to consolidate the information in just one structured model and trained GPT.

Due the company have his LLM GPT but, is very limited, others need to use personal solutions to cover the gaps.

Hi All, I use Gen AI both for private research as well forf my professional career. For the later mostly for Analysing documents with the overall gioal review certain spoecific aspects of the contents and submit a summary that I could use further. Key is of course that the Gen AI product has to be quality assured and there is no "Cutting the corner " approach in case you need to sign off the contents or even present. There could be mispercception on time savibg wirt to use of AI... Regards Fritz
