Challenges remain the same from long time ago (Gen AI is outside there from long time ago): AI entities have a grade of confidence associated to them that must be published with the results. So, the final decision still remains in human being hands. The same for the outcomes: helps me to search patterns in a hugh amount of data to create the information I need adding that today I can find data public and outside my organization.
I completely agree. AI can be a powerful tool for identifying patterns, processing huge amounts of data, and turning information into useful insights. However, the confidence level and limitations of AI-generated results should always be transparent. Ultimately, AI should support human decision-making—not replace human judgment and accountability. The combination of AI capabilities with human experience and critical thinking is what creates the most value. Saving Changes...

I used Generative AI to generate status reports by providing meeting notes and transcripts and additional requirements such as template. The output was amazing which was in a structured order and a nice format. Saving Changes...
One of my most meaningful successes with Generative AI has been building my own sovereign RAG system to support my learning and practice in AI governance. Throughout this process, Generative AI became a highly effective companion accelerating development, improving model performance, and strengthening the auditability of the artifacts I produced
Some highlights include:
Significantly reducing debugging and development time, especially when creating scripts
Ensuring the robustness and auditability of the artifacts I generated, keeping them aligned with the CPMAI playbook
Improving model accuracy from 30% to 83% in just a few iterations, thanks to precise and reliable guidance on how to diagnose and correct low‑accuracy issues
Learning continuously while interacting with the system, using GenAI not only as a validator but also as a teacher throughout the journey.
Overall, building the RAG itself was an enriching experience—but having Generative AI as a companion made the process faster, more insightful, and far more enjoyable.
Additionally, I learned the importance of staying hands‑on and keeping the human in the loop. Generative AI is a powerful companion, but never a system you can rely on 100%. You still need to ask, validate, iterate, learn, refine, consolidate... and enjoy the process. Saving Changes...
On personal level, it has increasing efficiency and improving quality of documentation. It is great tool while conducting research online since it can provide summaries or point out more accurate subset of information.
At Organization level, it has been extremely efficient. Generative AI is used for wring DIR to perform user acceptance testing and producing outcomes which are easy to understand for stakeholders at all levels.
using Gen Ai in many isntances has been great tool to better understand how to tackle certain obstacles or process, specially around documentation. Practicing how be best create promtps has been the current next step. We will continue to discuss how to best integrate it to our everyday workflows. Saving Changes...
