Recently in PM Challenge i encountered with a question and its answer was bit disappointing share your thought.

An Agile team expects a velocity of 8. During sprint planning, the stories were estimated and prioritized in the following order: Story A—4 Story Points Story B—2 Story Points Story C—3 Story Points Story D—2 Story Points. Which stories should the team include in Sprint 1, without splitting the stories?
Options. are 
 1.Stories A, C, and D ( I selected this because of priority wise  A-4 ,C-3, D&B-2 )
 2.Stories A, B, and C
 3.Stories A, B, and D ( But Correct answer in PM Challenge showing This A,B,D)
 4.Stories B, C, and D

Can anybody help me with where i was wrong.

Adheesh, this is a very straight forward question. The Agile team estimated velocity is 8 Points per Sprint so the sum of points for all stories included in the sprint shouldn't exceed 8 points:

Option 1 - Total = 9 Points so its not the right choice.
Option 2 - Total = 9 Points so its not the right choice.
Option 3 - Total = 8 Points so its the correct answer
Option 4 - Total = 7 Points and while it can be a correct answer yet, option 3 is more correct because their velocity is 8 stories so why would they consider less than that if they accomodate 8.

Adheesh, if you're planning on taking the PMP exam, its important to focus on the question and read it thouroughly because somtimes the answer can be within the question itself. Good Luck!
