As I am sure many of you experience, taking notes in meetings can often make it difficult to be involved in project discussions to the degree that a Project Manager should. We are hoping to find an AI solution that will aid in taking meeting notes, transcribing them, and maybe even summarizing them. I am curious if anyone has tried any solutions to accomplish this. Thanks! Saving Changes...

Jason, we only use Microsoft Teams which offers a built-in transcription feature for meeting recordings. It can transcribe the audio of meetings and make the transcript available alongside the recording. Saving Changes...
Rami,
That is usual technology.
We should expect from AI to SUMMARISE the transcript and record the brief as MOM.
Anyone sees any possibility of doing that in near future ?

Irshad, no it's not, at least in our region. I don't know many that uses this but maybe it's different in your region!

Yes, I have used ChatGPT to transcribe meeting notes. the report was very excellent and more understandable. AI will really change the future of project management if carefully incorporated.

We mostly use the browser bot, which automatically starts when we enter a Google Meet; this is not visible to the other people in the meeting. For Teams, there is a bot that you invite. We have used it for about 6 months now. It is not perfect with the transcription, but it is pretty easy to update with the audio. Like most apps, we only use a fraction of what is possible. It has saved me several times with action items, follow-up details, and miscommunications.

Hi, Jason, et al.,
We have been testing Microsoft Teams Premium, which comes with Intelligent Recap AI technology. This technology not only provides a summary of the main topics and key takeaways but also gives a near-accurate list of assigned action items with details about the associated topic. In my experience, the software is pretty robust and saves a lot of time. I hope you find this information helpful. Saving Changes...

We use MS Teams, enable transcription, open web calendar, save and send over to OneNote, then send it over the correct Teams folder for future tracking. I would like to know if there is an AI tool to take all of these steps and then capture the audio into the calendar meeting?
Thanks, Roger Saving Changes...
Hi, I have used Supernormal which integrates with Teams and also Zoom. It has become a great companion and pretty good at note taking. Saving Changes...

Sure. You can find it inside MS Teams itself, just in case you use it. Saving Changes...
