Does anyone use an AI tool for taking and transcribing meeting notes? If so, what tools do you recomment?

As I am sure many of you experience, taking notes in meetings can often make it difficult to be involved in project discussions to the degree that a Project Manager should.  We are hoping to find an AI solution that will aid in taking meeting notes, transcribing them, and maybe even summarizing them.  I am curious if anyone has tried any solutions to accomplish this.  Thanks!

Interesting. We use MS Teams as well, but I have generally been disappointed with the results as they are not as "deep" as I want them to be. It works Ok for action items, but seems to struggle with the finer nuances when it comes to summarizing the key takeaways, especially beyond a high-level view.

We've been using Bluedot for a few months now and it's become a staple for our team. What I like most is that it doesn't join as a bot, no awkward "Bluedot is recording this meeting" announcements. It just runs in the background via a Chrome extension and delivers solid transcripts + summaries after the call. Works across Zoom, Meet, and Teams. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.
