In which aspects of your personal life do you usually use project management best practices? The other time I was reading a book about a project to achieve happiness, and I always plan the activities and my budget when I go on vacation! Saving Changes...
I'm a lifelong learner who supports continuous learning. I apply project management knowledge in my professional certification project, which I call 'Certification as a Project' (CaaP).
1. Defined Objectives 2. Structured Approach 3. Timeline and Milestones 4. Resource Management 5. Risk Management 6. Evaluation and Feedback 7. Completion and Recognition 8. Self-Reflection
Each certification represents a chapter in the story of growth and transformation, characterized by unwavering commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of mastery. Beyond personal achievement, I also hope to inspire others to embark on their paths of professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and contributing meaningfully to the world.

Francisco, I use Project Management in my personal life creating budgets, scope plans about my goals, schedules, risk analysis, and conflict resolution.
For example, planning my recent vacations to Argentina and other nearby countries with Project Management criteria has produced the best results. I defined the places to visit and things to do, created an accurate budget, and stated a daily schedule of tasks and travel times. I ensured all had complied with a checklist. The result was an amazing trip, taking advantage of time and doing the best activities.

Very well summarized Verónica Elizabeth! Without a doubt, the main artifacts that we can take the most advantage of are those of budget, schedules, risks, checklist, etc. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, certainly. PM and planning I apply to my vacations, festivities, home improvement, stakeholder engagement, and what else comes along. But life is much bigger than PM. Overall, though it is unique and time-limited, the outcome is the same for all of us, and I do not see it as a project or a program. PM is based on rationality, yet humans are dominantly irrational or have bounded rationality. That means we prefer short-term satisfaction over optimal solutions. For example, I enjoy the thrill of going into a meeting unprepared and yet being able to contribute with value.

Interesting approach Thomas, definitely having some appetite for uncertainty helps us develop other muscles! It's interesting to consider the balance - not too much planning, not too little planning!

When I got married, so as not to arrive in a hurry on the day of my wedding, I made a complete project plan with the help of my future wife. People act as project managers from the moment they get out of bed until the moment they return to it.

Indeed, Sergio Luis Conte. Setting the alarm before going to bed is a clear example of SS scheduling; you can start opening your eyes once the alarm has gone off 😉 ... and some risk management as well ( the phone has enough battery, shutters are down, etc.). It is not PM per se, but I definitely benefit from and use several PM transferable skills.
