Hi All,
I just wanted to ask if anyone of you, who has taken the CAPM/PMP exam recently, knows whether the 49 processes, explained in PMBOK 6th edition, are part of the current and updated CAPM/PMP exams?
The PMBOK framework including the processes, inputs, outputs, tools & techniques is certainly still relevant, but the nature of the questions tends to be more scenario-oriented (i.e. applying your knowledge of the framework) rather than foundational ones which test how much you have memorized.

Hristo, they are definitely still relevant and that's why I highly recommend studying both the 6th and 7th editions of the PMBOK. I also recommend you use Rita Mulcahy exam prep book as an additional resource.
For the PMP, the exam is more scenario based while the CAPM is more knowledge based. Saving Changes...
Thank you all. I read the 6th, 7th edition and Rita Mulcahy. Also read some additional books and practiced many questions. I will schedule the exam for next month and will keep you posted. Saving Changes...
