Ai is a boarder term. In fact, we are using AI in project management to address the items you mentioned from long time ago. More than 40 years. Sometime, without notice it. The key thing is to understand that all the terms you listed are subjective and must convert in objective ones to use AI. First, one has to determine what the gaps are, and why they exist.
Based on my research, gaps exist first because of the behaviors of those in the C-suite, i.e., what they say and write is NOT what they do.
Next, due to the lack of education and knowledge of engineers what and how to listen, collaborate, cooperate, communicate without defensive posturing. . .well, you can fill in the rest.
My thought?
AI will help those orgs fail faster.
