Lessons learned are a constant source of wisdom that we acquire in the course of each new project of which we are part. Certain lessons linger in our minds because they taught us something very significant. ¿What is that important lesson learned that you have never forgotten to this day? Saving Changes...
Early in my career, I used to think that working long hours was the ultimate sign of hard work. But as I struggled to keep up with the pace and felt burned out, I realized that this approach was unsustainable. That's when I shifted my perspective and discovered the power of being planned, organized, and task delegation.
By prioritizing tasks, delegating effectively, and executing plans efficiently, I achieved more in less time and made significant progress towards our goals. In contrast, my previous unorganized self would have:
- Worked long hours without a clear plan - Felt overwhelmed and stressed - Struggled to meet deadlines - Sacrificed work-life balance
Now, I'm more productive, efficient, and have a better work-life balance.

Pavan, as a Leader and Project Manager, you can use important strategies to maximize productivity:
* Implement realistic, attainable schedules without causing the team to struggle and sacrifice extra hours to comply with deadlines.
* Implement "Active pauses", which consist of performing relaxing activities like dancing or exercising, between work periods.
* Implement a policy of flexible work hours, allowing employees to coordinate and balance better between professional activities and personal life.
* Foster team collaboration, motivating employees to collaborate with their capabilities to master productivity, attain goals, and solve errors.
