Tsui, I am not sure if PMI updated their exam based on the new practice guide or not but I can see that the Foundational Standard is still 2017 while the Practice Guide is 2023 so they might not be consistent and in this case, I highly recommend you touch base with PMI to inquire about this and see which version to study from.
