Is someone working on enterteinment projects relatives to internet like Twitch, YouTube or platforms like that?

Hello everyone,

I'm very interested how enterteinment projects on internet are developed and how people create a community, channels, events and how Project Management is involved on this. I have no background in TV or Cinema but I'd like to know people who works this kind of projects in order to learn about.

To be more specific, there's a lot of streamers and youtubers working from home doing videos, livestreaming and they tell a story to their community BUT they are also involved creating projects such as MERCHANDISING, MAIN EVENTS in main cities like Madrid, Mexico, US, etc. and that's something that breaks the vision about this platforms.

If someone is working on this kind of projects, I'd like to learn how they are managed with the basis of project management and also if they have succeed this kind of projects.
