Good day, I have a question pertaining to Change Management Certification as more Asset Related projects struggle once implementation and training is underway or completed. Noticed even with some champions and stakeholders due to competing workloads, change and adoption tend to go by the wayside.
Can anyone recommend a good AIM practitioner course? I will also look through the repository here.
Greatly appreciate the community helping to guide me.
Thank you,
Melloney

Melloney, thank you. They seem to have an interesting program but I don't know how good it is or how globally recognized. Prosci, as far as I am aware, is a solid change management credential which is globally recognized!

Melloney -
When I worked at TD Bank, we had standardized on the ADKAR model using Prosci as our provider of CM training so can attest that the training works well in large, corporate environments.
