Looking for litterature about Manufacturing Execution System implementation in poultry processing

Interested in contact information, benchmarking documentation, recommendations from peers... about implementing a MES in the food industry, specifically poultry processing plants. In terms of how to sell the changes to the plant employees and staff, manage the implementation project parallely with the Business and IT communities, deployment strategies (big bang or staged implementations...)
