In your experience with GenAI, how has refining a prompt drastically changed the output quality?

With Generative AI, iteratively refining and optimizing prompts can lead to better AI-generated results. This may involve adjusting the specificity or clarity of the prompt to increase relevance and accuracy of results.

What examples do you have of how improving a prompt drastically changed the output quality?  What specific changes did you make that led to the improvement?

I receive the response that aligns with my expected response. When responses are vague or totally do not make sense, I know I have to refine.

Continuing to refine the prompt and provide more detail has substantially increased the level of detail, customization of the data and accuracy of the results. Similar to having an ongoing conversation with someone will often provide greater clarity in communication, so can continuing to provide context provide greater clarity in results.

It will be better to provide context and asking with expected pattern or the output we are expecting so result might come properly.
