Hello Valery – and thanks for posting your question to our community. I encourage you to search our wide variety of content located within the 'Templates' drop-down at the top of our page to search the wide variety of tools we have to offer. Or you can navigate to the magnifying glass at the top right of the page below your profile, click on ‘Advanced Search’, type in Construction below ‘Search for’ and within ‘Categories’ select Checklists, Deliverables and Project Plans. This will generate a list of templates related to construction. Alternately, you can search previous discussions within the Construction Community drop down at the top of the page. Here are a few that may be helpful:

Thanks Valery.
Re: "what systems you are using that is effective helping your teams manage
multi-disciplinary projects, managing your resources and budgeting."

At least 60% of E/A/C projects fail to meet their scope, schedule and cost requirements.
If you study "Why," and use the categories "people, process, tech, and leadership," we learn that tech hardly ever accounts for more that 10% or so.

Turns out that our tech professionals never learned in university "How to play nice with others."
Knowledge and skills to collaborate, cooperate and communicate are "The Missing Ingredients." This is glaringly obvious if you ever sit in a project meeting when different disciplines are discussing a project issue.
A system to consider for your question then:
Teach engineers the difference between hearing and listening; and to make their first response to any challenges:
"Tell me more. . . please."
Cheers,
Bill
