You will need to have Copilot for Microsoft 365 license to use Copilot in Teams. During meeting, you can activate Copilot and at the end of the meeting, you can ask Copilot to create action items and put them inside a table. Then you can copy the table and insert inside a Loop collaborative note component where you can use Copilot in Loop to further customize your table such as adding status, due date columns etc.
Step 1: "Identify list of action items discussed during the meeting, list them based on their urgency. Also, create a table and list those action items inside a table."

Step 2: Analyze the action items and based on our team capacity (if you use progress tracker in Loop), suggest effective task assignment.

Hi, I use Copilot, its amazing, but wondering about how to manage/control team tasks. Do you use a Loop app for data storage or does it have any automation tool to notify team about tasks/deadlines etc.
